How can I check the status of my order?
Shortly after placing your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with a link to check the order status. Contact us if you didn’t receive an order confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders cannot be changed or canceled after they're placed, but feel free to contact us so we can help you out.
What if there's something weird or wrong with my order?
Just contact us and we’ll check it out.
Which payment methods are accepted?

How should your products be stored?
Store them away from sunlight and heat sources, in a cool and dry place. For products in jar packaging, promptly replace the lid after each use.
What's the shelf life of your products?
Most of our products will last for at least a year when new, unopened, in their original packaging, and stored in a cool and dry place away from sunlight and heat sources.
For opened products, the Period After Opening (PAO) symbol on the back of the product will indicate, in months, its expected useful life since it’s first opened, such as 6M (6 months) or 12M (12 months). After this point, the product should be discarded.
Where are your products made?
All of our products are made in the US.
Are your products vegan & cruelty free?
All of our products are vegan & cruelty free, except for Soaked.
Are your products fragrance-free?
Yes, all of our products are fragrance-free.
